For Simpals, 2025 was a year of active project development. The company continued to roll out initiatives with a real impact on local communities — spanning sports and education, as well as technology, energy, and international markets.
This year, Simpals launched its second solar park, further steering the company toward sustainable solutions and long-term investments in green energy. Shortly after, Simpals became a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova, marking a more active role in the country’s business environment. The “100 Inventors” project was also completed, celebrating ideas, innovation, and the people who bring them to life. Toward the end of the year, Apple Museum opened at the heart of Simpals — a space dedicated to the history and evolution of “apple” technology.
Throughout the year, the company was present at more than 30 partner events, including key conferences and professional platforms.
Sports events developed within the Simpals ecosystem also played a major role. Sporter organized 16 sporting events and 45 training sessions, bringing together over 50.000 participants from more than 60 countries. The calendar featured 12 major events, from Rubicon to Chisinau Marathon, alongside formats such as chess, duathlon, and competitions dedicated to children.
At the same time, the Triathlon Federation of the Republic of Moldova took part in the Europe Triathlon General Assembly, organized the national championship and the Junior Cup, and was included in the Asia & Europe Triathlon Championship Istanbul 2025 season.
In the cultural sector, more than 700 events were published on the Afisha platform across Moldova, Turkey, and Romania, with ticket sales surpassing 100.000.
Achiziții continued its work in the public sector, training over 700 specialists through 29 courses, while its annual public procurement conference established itself as the leading event for professionals in the field.
In the field of education, the Studii platform expanded its network by integrating seven new schools and was used by more than 1.500 students and over 1.000 parents for communication and the management of educational processes.
Also in 2025, 999.md switched to a new technological platform, opening the door to new functionalities. The year also marked its first direct offline interaction with users, extending the service’s presence beyond the digital environment.
At the international level, SONR surpassed the milestone of 10.000 Sonr Music devices sold, was present on eight international stages — including Paris, Warsaw, Bucharest, Silicon Valley, and Munich — and entered the Chinese market.
In elite sports, Lobster was associated in 2025 with two world records, 12 continental records, and nearly 300 national records, all achieved using the brand’s equipment. The brand was also present in Italy and at Asia Expo.
