Over a weekend focused on ideas, processes, and real business lessons, Roman Știrbu spoke at two events organized by KMB and JoinEventio: “Управленческий форум” and the Business Networking Event — “Mistakes and Failures in Business”.

At the “Управленческий форум”, he shared how processes are structured at Simpals: the tools used and the management framework behind building a team that maintains clarity and efficiency.

At the Business Networking Event - “Mistakes and Failures in Business”, the discussion took a more personal turn - focusing on failures and the lessons behind them. On moments when he tried to follow models “that seem to work for others” and why, in reality, “the grass isn’t greener on the other side”.

Two different contexts, one conclusion: clear processes and conscious decisions make the difference.
